Recently, our dedicated therapy staff decided to move their therapy sessions outside for the day, allowing our elders to benefit from the fresh air and sunshine while engaging in their exercises.
The session included table-top therapy using hand bikes, a popular activity among our elders. This exercise not only promotes physical health but also provides a delightful way for our elders to enjoy the pleasant weather. The joy and smiles on their faces as they pedaled away under the clear blue sky were truly heartwarming.
